Priscilla is Of Counsel to the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial real estate.  She has represented developers, local and national real estate companies, and lenders in real estate matters, including the acquisition and sale of improved and unimproved properties, construction and permanent financing, leasing, and development of retail, commercial and industrial projects.  She has also drafted development and reciprocal easement agreements.

Priscilla began her legal career in the real estate department at Mayer Brown LLP (then Mayer, Brown & Platt), where she practiced for ten years and became a partner.  She resigned her partnership from Mayer, Brown in order to raise her family and has continued her legal career by working part-time at this firm since 2004.

Priscilla received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1979, where she was an Associate Editor on the Law Review.  She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1975.

Priscilla is active in the New Trier Democratic Organization where she was Volunteer of the Year in 2008 and currently serves as its President.  She is also a volunteer for Equestrian Connection, a therapeutic riding program for those with special needs.

Priscilla lives in Glencoe, Illinois with her husband Fred. They have three children.
